China's MOC has decided to cancel the anti-dumping measures towards the cold-rolled stainless sheets originated from Japan and South Korea, which may lead to a boom for the steelmakers from Japan and South Korea to sell their products in China.
As early as 2000, China's government took a five-year long AD measures to the CR stainless sheets imported from Japan and South Korea. And in 2006 China's Ministry of Commerce extended another five yeas for the deadline of the measures.
According to the announcement, China's government has not received any AD review applications from China's steelmakers. Therefore the above AD measures will end on April 8 this year.
